1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and, unless a separate signed agreement applies, the provision of services by VortexNova Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong SAR.
2. Services
Services - including marketing, customer service, payments consulting, affiliation, finance support, VIP management, design and technical operations - are delivered on the basis of an individually agreed written scope, timeline and fee.
3. Client obligations
The client provides accurate information, timely access to required systems and accounts, and any approvals needed for us to perform the agreed services.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal, exclusive of taxes. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, with the courts of Hong Kong having exclusive jurisdiction.
